What you'll do

In this role, you will own the technical strategy and roadmap for Developer Productivity, translating team-level goals into actionable plans. You will define the architecture of the infrastructure, ensuring it meets the needs of engineers and researchers at Anthropic. Your responsibilities will include enhancing the build and CI infrastructure to support thousands of daily builds across multiple cloud providers.

You will work closely with engineers to understand their needs and develop solutions that streamline their workflows. This includes integrating tools that facilitate code development, testing, and deployment. You will also be responsible for maintaining the reliability and performance of the infrastructure, ensuring that it scales effectively as the team grows.
