Anthropic is hiring a Support Operations Specialist to optimize and scale their Product Support function. You'll design onboarding programs and manage continuing education initiatives. This role requires experience in support operations and program management.

Who you are
You have a strong background in support operations, ideally with experience in designing and implementing training programs for teams. You understand the importance of onboarding and continuous education in enhancing team capabilities and user experiences. You are skilled in program management, capable of identifying training needs and developing effective curricula that drive results. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to partner effectively with various teams and ensure knowledge management strategies are in place. You are detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement, always looking for ways to enhance processes and outcomes. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with others to achieve common goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the onboarding program for new Product Support team members, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge to succeed from day one. You will program manage continuing education initiatives, identifying training needs and developing curriculum that meets those needs. You will lead release enablement efforts, ensuring the Support team is well-equipped to handle new products and features. You will partner with the broader Product Support team to develop and implement internal knowledge management strategies, ensuring that team members can efficiently access and contribute to the knowledge base. Your work will directly impact the team's ability to deliver exceptional user experiences and support the company's mission of creating reliable and beneficial AI systems.
