Experience in AI or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with enterprise software solutions. You may also have a background in security and compliance, which will be beneficial in this role. What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will own the Enterprise Readiness program, defining and executing initiatives that facilitate the adoption of Anthropic's AI systems by large enterprises. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure that all aspects of enterprise readiness are addressed. Your role will involve building and maintaining a comprehensive Enterprise Readiness scorecard, coordinating steering committee meetings, and ensuring that all Directly Responsible Individuals (DRIs) are aligned with shared enterprise goals.

You will lead strategic initiatives that focus on eliminating barriers to enterprise adoption, driving accountability, and ensuring that the organization is prepared to meet the needs of its largest customers. Your ability to navigate ambiguity and foster collaboration among senior leaders will be crucial in this role. You will also be responsible for translating complex enterprise requirements into clear, actionable programs that can be executed effectively.
