You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with experience in digital customer engagement strategies. You are skilled in designing and implementing customer outreach programs that drive product adoption and retention. Your ability to analyze customer feedback and campaign performance will be crucial in shaping the future of Apify's customer success initiatives. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to mentor others as the team grows. You are comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects from ideation to execution.

Desirable

Experience in a tech or SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with automation tools and customer relationship management systems. You have a knack for creative problem-solving and are always looking for innovative ways to enhance customer experiences. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey ideas and strategies to both internal teams and external customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will co-build and expand Apify's digital customer success program, focusing on high-volume, low-touch customer segments. You will design, organize, and evaluate outbound touchpoints to engage customers effectively. Your responsibilities will include analyzing the effectiveness of current campaigns and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that customer messaging aligns with product developments and company goals. As the team grows, you will take on a mentorship role, guiding new team members and distributing work to maximize impact.
