What you'll do

As a Digital Success Manager at Apify, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a systematic digital customer success program. Your primary responsibility will be to execute outbound campaigns targeting our high-volume, low-touch customer segment. You will analyze customer data in collaboration with the Data team to identify patterns and insights that can drive product adoption and net revenue retention. You will conduct customer interviews and surveys to gather feedback and understand their needs better. Additionally, you will be responsible for composing content for campaigns and configuring them to ensure maximum impact. Your work will directly contribute to increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty, making a significant impact on Apify's growth.
