Who you are
You have a strong background in managing digital programs and operations, with a focus on optimizing customer experiences at scale. Your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and deliver impactful results. You are innovative and operationally minded, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively partner with Account Executives, Account Managers, Product, Engineering, and Support teams. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are comfortable using analytics tools to measure success and drive improvements.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design, build, and maintain the programs and automation infrastructure that enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure that customers are effectively utilizing Mixpanel's analytics platform to achieve their business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include managing change initiatives, executing technical projects, and ensuring that customers derive maximum value from their investment in Mixpanel.
You will also be responsible for analyzing customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that drive customer engagement and satisfaction. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to roll out self-serve analytics solutions and support customers throughout their journey with Mixpanel.
