What you'll do

As a Business Solution Consultant at AppDirect, you will be responsible for developing relationships with partners and providing consultation on digital transformation strategies. You will work closely with the Digital Transformation Services team to ensure that our customers receive world-class support and guidance. Your role will involve assisting partners in launching new marketplaces, onboarding independent software vendors (ISVs), and integrating with various systems such as billing, identity, and CRM.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver custom software solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers. Your expertise will help streamline the user experience from the UI to the reports consumed by data analysts. You will play a crucial role in driving customer success and ensuring that our partners achieve their desired outcomes.
