Overview

AppDirect is hiring a Senior Partner Manager to oversee partner onboarding and lifecycle management. You'll ensure the quality of the Builtfirst catalog and support partners in their success. This role requires strong organizational skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Who you are

You have a strong background in managing partnerships and are highly organized — you thrive in environments where you can help others succeed and are comfortable working cross-functionally. You understand the importance of maintaining high-quality standards in a marketplace and are excited about building and scaling ecosystems. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners effectively.

You are detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate partner status classifications — your ability to enforce service level agreements ensures that partners meet the necessary criteria to graduate through the vendor lifecycle. You are passionate about creating a valuable catalog that marketplace admins can trust, and you take pride in ensuring that listings and metadata are always up to date.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the onboarding process for new partners into Builtfirst, discovering new partner categories and managing their progression from Basic to Preferred to Pro. You will develop and manage processes that ensure partners are supported throughout their lifecycle, maintaining a high-quality catalog that meets the needs of marketplace customers. Your responsibilities will include enforcing Preferred Partner SLAs and following up with partners to ensure compliance. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance the partner experience and contribute to the overall success of the Builtfirst marketplace.
