You have a proven track record in partnership management, with experience in recruiting and enabling partners to drive revenue. Your ability to work collaboratively with sales leaders and technical teams sets you apart, as you understand the nuances of building successful partnerships. You are results-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrating a strong ability to adapt and innovate.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with partner executives and internal stakeholders alike. Your comfort with travelβ€”up to 50%β€”shows your commitment to building relationships and supporting joint initiatives. You are willing to work outside standard business hours when necessary to ensure the success of critical customer and partner-facing activities.

What you'll do

As a Partner Manager at Acceldata, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partners to sell our Enterprise Data Observability Platform. You will create repeatable go-to-market motions that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. Collaborating closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Cloud Partner teams, you will ensure that partners are well-positioned and trained to contribute effectively to our pipeline and revenue goals.

You will lead initiatives to build and scale partnerships with resellers, regional systems integrators, and cloud hyperscalers, including AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. Your strategic mindset will help you identify opportunities for growth and collaboration, while your analytical skills will enable you to measure the success of partnership initiatives. You will also play a key role in developing joint marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and enhance our market presence.
