Globalization Partners is hiring a Senior Partner Manager to nurture strategic alliances with Private Equity and Venture Capital firms. You'll drive successful client referrals and manage partnerships throughout their lifecycle. This role requires experience in a fast-paced environment.

Who you are

You have a strong background in partnership management, ideally with experience in the brokerage, Private Equity, and Venture Capital sectors. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential, as you will be a key member of the Americas team at Globalization Partners. You understand the importance of nurturing strategic alliances and have a proven track record of driving successful client referrals. You are adept at managing partnerships throughout their lifecycle, ensuring that both parties benefit from the collaboration.

You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build and maintain relationships with partners effectively. Your strategic mindset enables you to identify and establish new partnerships that align with the company's goals. You are results-driven and have a knack for empowering partners to achieve mutual success. You are comfortable working in a remote-first environment and are committed to contributing to a diverse and inclusive team culture.

Desirable

Experience in the SaaS industry or a strong understanding of global employment platforms would be advantageous. Familiarity with the complexities of establishing local entities in various countries can enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are open to continuous learning and development, eager to expand your skills and reshape the future of work alongside your colleagues.

What you'll do

In your role as a Senior Partner Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with Private Equity and Venture Capital firms, specifically working directly with brokerages. You will drive successful client referrals to Globalization Partners by closing deals, managing relationships, and empowering partners throughout their engagement with the company. Your focus will be on nurturing these partnerships throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring that both Globalization Partners and its partners achieve their objectives.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align partnership strategies with the company's overall goals. This may involve working with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure that partners are equipped with the necessary resources and support to succeed. You will also monitor the performance of partnerships, analyzing data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Your role will require you to stay informed about industry trends and developments, allowing you to provide valuable insights to partners and internal stakeholders. You will be expected to represent Globalization Partners at industry events and conferences, showcasing the company's offerings and building relationships with potential partners.
