What you'll do
As a B2B Wireless Product Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales of mobile products within the vCom Business Unit at AppDirect. You will engage with clients to understand their mobile-related challenges and recommend appropriate solutions that align with their business goals. Your role will involve fostering long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with the products you sell. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients from initial contact through to post-sale support.
You will also be expected to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position AppDirect's solutions in the market. Your ability to analyze market data and client feedback will be crucial in refining sales strategies and enhancing product offerings. You will participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales materials that highlight the value of AppDirect's mobile solutions.
