You have a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally with experience in programmatic advertising or marketing technology. Your leadership skills shine as you build and manage a high-performing team of Account Executives, empowering them to achieve their targets and drive revenue growth. You understand the nuances of working with in-house marketing teams and brands, and you are adept at navigating complex sales cycles. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for customer acquisition and expansion within specific vertical markets.
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders alike. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your decisions and optimize sales strategies. Your ability to mentor and develop your team is a key strength, as you believe in nurturing talent and creating a collaborative environment.
What you'll do
As the Sales Director, B2B at StackAdapt, you will be responsible for leading a team of 6–10 Account Executives, focusing on driving new programmatic advertising revenue. You will report directly to the Head of B2B Sales and play a crucial role in accelerating customer acquisition efforts. Your responsibilities will include setting sales targets, developing strategic plans to achieve them, and ensuring your team has the resources and support needed to succeed.
You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals and market demands. Regularly analyzing sales performance metrics will be essential to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. You will also engage with key clients to understand their needs and ensure that StackAdapt's offerings meet their expectations.
In this remote-first role, you will leverage technology to manage your team effectively, ensuring that communication and collaboration remain strong despite geographical distances. You will be instrumental in shaping the sales culture at StackAdapt, promoting a results-oriented mindset while encouraging innovation and creativity within your team.
