Overview

Appian is seeking a Global Partner Experience Lead to define and execute the partner journey for their global ecosystem. This role focuses on partner enablement and requires strong strategic and governance skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in partner experience and enablement, with a strong focus on strategy and governance. Your leadership skills enable you to manage cross-functional teams effectively, ensuring that partners receive the best possible experience. You are adept at designing experiences that are friction-free and aligned with business objectives. You understand the importance of accountability and are committed to achieving high standards in all aspects of your work. Your ability to curate content and resources will help partners accelerate their proficiency in sales, technical pre-sales, and delivery functions.

Desirable

Experience in establishing Centers of Excellence or similar frameworks is a plus. Familiarity with partner ecosystems and enablement strategies will set you apart. You are comfortable working in a high-visibility role and can navigate complex organizational structures to drive results. Your analytical skills allow you to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define the global Partner Experience & Enablement Charter, setting the mission and operating model for partner enablement. You will establish and lead the Partner Enablement Council, managing a centralized strategy while allowing for decentralized content ownership. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that partners have access to world-class enablement resources and clear paths to productivity. You will work closely with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product, and Professional Services teams to align efforts and maximize partner-led revenue. Your strategic vision will help drive successful customer outcomes globally, and you will be accountable for the overall partner experience.
