You have extensive experience in partner enablement and a proven track record of driving partner success in the cybersecurity industry. Your strategic mindset allows you to define and implement enablement strategies that align with business goals and enhance partner relationships. You possess strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and regional leaders.
You are adept at translating complex cybersecurity concepts into actionable enablement programs that resonate with partners. Your experience in managing global teams and executing enablement initiatives has equipped you with the skills to drive measurable outcomes and improve partner performance. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and leverage analytics to refine enablement strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive global partner enablement strategy that enhances partner engagement and accelerates their time-to-value. You will work closely with the global go-to-market enablement team to ensure that enablement resources are effectively integrated into field execution. Your responsibilities will include defining role-based enablement programs, creating training materials, and facilitating workshops to empower partners.
You will collaborate with Global Channel and Regional Partner Leaders to identify key areas for improvement and develop targeted enablement initiatives. Your role will involve monitoring partner performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to drive continuous improvement. You will also represent the partner perspective in discussions with internal stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.
