Who you are

You have a proven track record in leading partner enablement strategies, with a focus on sales and technical readiness. Your experience includes designing and implementing scalable programs that enhance partner engagement and drive consistent deal performance. You understand the importance of building a thriving partner community and have successfully led initiatives that empower partners to champion your company's value. You possess strong leadership skills, capable of managing a small team or collaborating with shared resources to achieve strategic goals. You are adept at adapting internal materials for partner use, ensuring that they have the tools necessary to succeed. Your ability to upskill and enable internal teams is complemented by your strategic mindset, allowing you to define how partners learn and engage with your organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own Rubrik's partner enablement strategy, leading initiatives that span both sales and technical readiness. You will architect and launch programs that enhance partner participation and drive deal performance. Your responsibilities will include adapting internal sales and enablement content for partner use, ensuring that partners are equipped with the necessary resources to succeed. You will work closely with the Global Partner Organization to help them adopt new methodologies and ways of operating, fostering a culture of empowerment and capability within the partner ecosystem. Your leadership will be pivotal in defining how Rubrik's partners learn and engage, ensuring that the ecosystem continues to grow with confidence and excellence. You will also be responsible for driving frameworks and content strategies that build partner capability, ultimately contributing to Rubrik's success in the market.
