Overview
Deliveroo is hiring a New Partner Experience Team Lead who will manage a team of Italian-speaking agents to onboard new restaurants and enhance their order volume. This role requires 2+ years of management experience and fluency in Italian and English.

Who you are
You have over 2 years of management experience, leading teams effectively and fostering a positive work environment. Your fluency in both Italian and English allows you to communicate seamlessly with diverse teams and partners. You have a background in account management or customer service, which equips you with the skills to understand and meet the needs of our restaurant partners. You are results-driven, with a proactive attitude that inspires your team to achieve their targets and goals. Your ability to coach and develop team members is a key strength, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in their roles. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with other team leads to share best practices and drive overall team performance.
What you'll do
As the New Partner Experience Team Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of a team of New Partner Experience agents, ensuring they are well-equipped to onboard new restaurants onto the Deliveroo platform. You will coach your team to develop their skills and maintain high standards of performance, providing regular feedback and support. Your responsibilities will include establishing a performance management framework to track team progress and results, as well as refining onboarding processes to enhance the experience for our restaurant partners. You will collaborate with other team leads to share insights and strategies, ensuring that your team meets its goals and contributes to the overall success of the SMB team. You will also report directly to the EU Head of New Partner Experience, providing updates on team performance and restaurant onboarding metrics.
