What you'll do
As a Senior Deal Manager at Appian, you will partner closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to manage the deal structure from opportunity qualification through to contract close. You will be responsible for driving region-specific deal standards and policies, ensuring that all deals align with the company's strategic objectives. Your role will involve building strong relationships with leaders across the Sales organization and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
You will document and enable region-specific standards for deal structure and policy, ensuring that all team members are informed and aligned. Your ability to think critically and creatively will be essential as you navigate the complexities of deal management, and you will be expected to provide insights and recommendations that drive successful outcomes. You will also play a key role in mentoring and guiding junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
