Who you are

You have a strong background in business operations and deal strategy, with at least 5 years of experience in managing complex contract negotiations. You understand the intricacies of aligning customer needs with business priorities and have a proven track record of optimizing sales processes. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as legal, finance, and sales operations is essential for success in this role. You are detail-oriented and can develop metrics to improve visibility and consistency across geographies. You thrive in environments where you can drive best practices and enhance sales efficiency.

Desirable

Experience in the travel or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with licensing and pricing models. You are comfortable working with various stakeholders and can navigate the complexities of non-standard deal requests. Your analytical skills allow you to oversee deal financials and assess business risks effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing in-depth knowledge of Navan's licensing and pricing models to provide support to global sales teams. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met while adhering to company policies. Your focus will be on minimizing sales cycle times and optimizing revenue and profitability. You will actively negotiate deals directly with customers as needed and drive best practices to increase sales efficiency through deal reviews and enforcement of standard business practices. Additionally, you will assist with structuring sophisticated deals and ensure revenue recognition requirements are met. You will oversee deal financials and pricing, ensuring that all aspects of the deal align with business priorities.

What we offer

TripActions offers a competitive salary range of $132,000 to $215,000 USD, which includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact the company's success.
