What you'll do

As a Technical Writer at Appian, you will be responsible for developing product enablement resources that facilitate the success of implementation projects. Your role will involve collaborating with subject-matter experts to gain a deep understanding of topics and user needs, allowing you to create documentation that is both comprehensive and user-friendly.

You will assess the motivations of core personas and tailor content to support their specific needs, acting as a user advocate throughout the content creation process. Your innovative ideas will contribute to the development of new content formats and delivery methods, enhancing the overall user experience. You will also participate in the review process of UX content, ensuring that it aligns with user expectations and enhances usability.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with product managers, software developers, and customer success teams to gather insights and feedback. Your ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential in ensuring that the content you produce is accurate and relevant.
