You possess excellent stakeholder management skills, enabling you to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive digital transformation initiatives. Your understanding of AI applications enhances operational efficiency, and you are familiar with cloud services and SaaS pricing models.

Desirable

Experience in a global environment is a plus, as you will need to navigate cultural differences and time zone challenges. Familiarity with enterprise software licensing structures will also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end software evaluation processes, from requirements gathering to vendor selection. You will manage the comprehensive SaaS software lifecycle, ensuring compliance and cost optimization while tracking software usage and performance. Your responsibilities will include developing a centralized software inventory and asset management system, coordinating vendor demonstrations, and negotiating procurement contracts. You will also be responsible for onboarding new software solutions and planning for their integration into the existing technology ecosystem.
