Overview

Appier is seeking an Account Manager for Advertising Solutions to drive client success in the EMEA market. You'll leverage data analysis and campaign management to help clients achieve their business goals. This role requires strong communication skills and experience in client strategy.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in account management or client success, ideally within the advertising or technology sectors. Your proactive mindset allows you to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and you excel at building long-term relationships with clients by understanding their key performance indicators (KPIs) and translating them into actionable strategies. You possess native or bilingual proficiency in English, enabling you to communicate complex data insights clearly and confidently to key decision-makers.

You are skilled in data analysis and can leverage campaign datasets to identify trends, troubleshoot performance issues, and uncover growth opportunities. Your ability to visualize data and tell compelling stories through tools like Excel or presentation software sets you apart. You are also comfortable serving as a technical consultant, bridging the gap between clients and internal product and engineering teams to assist with technical setups and integrations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own a portfolio of strategic accounts in the EMEA region, driving client strategy and growth. You will monitor performance data daily to ensure clients meet their KPIs and proactively suggest optimizations to enhance campaign effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include presenting findings in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to key stakeholders, ensuring that clients are informed and engaged.

You will collaborate closely with sales, ad operations, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and advocate for client needs within the product roadmap. Identifying upselling opportunities will be a key part of your role, as you work to ensure high client retention rates through execution excellence. Your technical consultation skills will be essential as you assist clients with MMP integration, SDK troubleshooting, and post-back configurations, ensuring they have the support they need to succeed.
