You are an experienced professional with a proven track record in digital advertising, whether from agency, publisher, or technology vendor backgrounds. You understand the nuances of account management and have a strategic mindset that drives commercial growth. Your ability to service customer accounts and relationships is exceptional, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Sales, Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to deliver world-class customer service and solutions. Your operational excellence ensures that campaign setups, maintenance, and troubleshooting are handled efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the accounts you manage.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at DoubleVerify, you will be responsible for servicing all aspects of customer accounts and relationships. You will oversee campaign setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting for a large portfolio of accounts, ensuring operational excellence.
