You are a native Vietnamese speaker with fluent English, capable of supporting customers across Southeast Asia. You possess strong organizational and people management skills, allowing you to navigate complex enterprise hierarchies effectively. Your ability to communicate clearly and present ideas persuasively makes you an effective collaborator in driving cross-functional initiatives. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are a fast learner, adapting quickly to new challenges. Experience in sales or pre-sales is a plus, enhancing your ability to advocate for clients.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Appier, you will spearhead our enterprise solutions business in Hồ Chí Minh City. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, from C-level executives to project leads. You will act as the primary advocate for clients, ensuring they maximize their project key metrics through our AI-driven solutions. You will drive deep product integration by aligning Appier’s offerings with the client’s specific KPIs, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and continuous value delivery throughout the customer journey.
