As our first Customer Success Manager, you are entrepreneurial and proactive, ready to dive into various aspects of the business. You genuinely care about helping small businesses succeed and love empowering entrepreneurs to thrive. You have a strong ability to develop relationships with clients, focusing on their growth and happiness. You are comfortable managing key accounts and addressing their needs proactively. Your passion for customer success drives you to ensure that clients receive the value they expect from our services.

What you'll do

You will own upsells and retention, focusing on growth within our existing account base. Your responsibilities will include managing key accounts, providing onboarding calls for new customers, and offering support for priority accounts. You will become an expert in our product, mastering workspace setup, customization, and automations to ensure customers leverage every feature we offer.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will assist in other areas as needed, such as giving sales demos or responding to priority support tickets. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving the success of our clients.
