Who you are

You are a process-driven HR Operations professional with a strong passion for building scalable, automated, and data-driven employee services. You thrive on navigating complex logic and enjoy transforming HR tasks into high-quality, standardized workflows. Your experience includes managing global mobility and immigration processes, ensuring compliance across various jurisdictions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong stakeholder relationships in both English and Mandarin. You are tech-savvy and comfortable working with HRIS and data, with a keen interest in using automation tools to reduce manual workloads.

You have overseas HR experience or have directly collaborated with cross-border stakeholders, showcasing your ability to manage complex logistical projects. You are not satisfied with the status quo and constantly seek to improve HR operations through innovative solutions. Your builder mindset allows you to tackle challenges head-on, whether solving complex visa cases or optimizing HRIS workflows.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key member of the Employee Experience (HR Ops) team, focusing on global mobility and immigration excellence. You will own the end-to-end mobility management processes for international hires and internal transfers, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include auditing and refining core HR processes, from onboarding and data management to offboarding, ensuring they are ready for global scale. You will collaborate closely with various teams to enhance the employee lifecycle experience, delivering a seamless and reliable experience for all Appiers.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all HR operations align with the company's mission and values. Your role will involve leveraging technology to streamline processes and improve service delivery, making a significant impact on the overall employee experience at Appier.
