You are a high-energy, driven professional with a strong phone presence and the ability to adapt to an ambiguous, fast-paced sales environment. You thrive on making dozens of calls each day and possess excellent multitasking and time management skills. Your problem-solving abilities are top-notch, and you communicate crisply in both English and Malay. You have a keen interest in digital marketing terminology, trends, and concepts, which enhances your sales approach.

What you'll do

As a Sales Development Associate at Appier, you will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails specifically targeting the Malaysia market. You will execute prospect attack campaigns, utilizing various channels such as cold-calling, email, and social media to generate new clients. Collaborating with experienced Business Development and Enterprise Solutions Sales teams, you will help qualify opportunities and fill their pipeline for closure. Maintaining active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications will be key to increasing customer interest in Appier's product suites. You will also conduct in-depth market research to expand and manage the database of prospects within your assigned territory, informing your attacking strategy. Additionally, you will assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends to identify sales opportunities. Using tools and technologies to improve process efficiency, you will periodically review and update our customer relationship management (CRM) system, Salesforce.
