What you'll do
As a Sales Development Associate at Appier, you will spearhead growth by executing prospect attack campaigns, which include cold-calling, emailing, and utilizing social media to target untapped opportunities. You will partner with experienced Business Development and Enterprise Solutions Sales teams to qualify inbound and outbound opportunities, helping to fill their pipeline and drive closure. Your role will involve conducting in-depth market research to expand and manage the database of prospects within your assigned territory, informing your outreach strategy. You will also assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends to identify new sales opportunities. Additionally, you will maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications, ensuring a consistent and effective sales process. You will utilize tools and technologies to improve process efficiency and periodically review and update our customer relationship management (CRM) system, Salesforce, to keep track of your progress and activities. Reporting weekly progress to regional teams will also be a key part of your responsibilities, helping to align efforts and strategies across the organization.
