Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences is essential, and you have proficient oral and written communication skills in English. You enjoy troubleshooting and analyzing issues, always prioritizing cooperation and helping others achieve their goals. Familiarity with website HTML and JavaScript is crucial, as is a background in computer science, which is a nice-to-have.

Desirable

A BS in computer science is preferred, along with experience in Python and SQL. Familiarity with iOS and Android application development, as well as web development, will set you apart. Experience with Git is also beneficial.

What you'll do

In your role as a Technical Solution Engineer, you will assist clients in integrating Appier technologies into their websites and applications, ensuring they can effectively utilize Appier's AI services. You will communicate regularly with client Account Managers and technical teams to understand customer requirements and coordinate internal resources effectively. Staying up to date with current technology trends is vital, as you will apply this knowledge to assist clients in achieving their business goals. You will also handle crisis situations and urgent issues, ensuring that clients receive timely support and solutions.
