You have experience with Python and SQL, which are crucial for performing data analysis on business-critical metrics. What you'll do
As a Technical Service Engineer at Appier, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in integrating Appier AI technologies into their websites and applications. You will collaborate closely with client Account Managers and technical teams to address and resolve any technical matters that arise during the integration process. Understanding customer requirements and coordinating internal resources effectively will be key to meeting their needs and managing stakeholders' expectations.
You will perform data analysis on business-critical metrics to investigate campaign issues and ensure a smooth onboarding process for clients. Your goal is to drive campaigns toward success by enabling the optimal use of Appier's AI-powered ad solutions. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on schedule, ensuring that clients can fully leverage the capabilities of Appier's technologies.
