Overview

Apple is hiring an Analog IC Product Engineer to drive New Product Introduction activities for Analog IC devices. You'll work with cross-functional teams to debug and characterize failure mechanisms. This position requires experience in product engineering and collaboration with various teams.

Who you are

You have a strong background in product engineering, particularly in the field of Analog IC devices. Your experience includes coordinating New Product Introduction activities and defining ATE characterization test plans. You are skilled in statistical data analysis and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to debugging and root causing diverse failure mechanisms. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability. Your ability to communicate effectively and define milestones is crucial in driving projects to successful completion.

Desirable

Experience with product qualification requirements and reliability guard-bands is a plus. Familiarity with mass production ramp support and test program release activities will enhance your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will coordinate New Product Introduction activities for Analog IC devices, ensuring that all processes are aligned with quality standards. You will define ATE characterization test plans and generate detailed characterization reports, finalizing test limits based on ATE-bench correlations. Your responsibilities will include working with design and test engineering teams to identify potential yield improvement plans prior to mass production release. You will support QA and reliability teams with various product qualification requirements, driving GRR analysis and coordinating cross-platform correlation activities. Additionally, you will perform statistical data analysis on mass production datasets and support internal teams during the mass production ramp as needed.
