You have 7+ years of industry experience in backend engineering, with a strong foundation in computer science principles and a proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining cloud-based distributed systems. Your expertise in Java and familiarity with macOS and iOS development will enable you to contribute effectively to our team. You understand the importance of delivering stable and reliable software updates, and you are motivated to create systems that enhance the user experience for millions of customers.
You possess strong problem-solving skills and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Your experience with system design and networking allows you to tackle complex challenges and optimize backend services for performance and reliability. You are a team player who values collaboration and communication, and you are eager to share your knowledge with others while learning from your peers.

Experience with additional programming languages or frameworks is a plus, as is familiarity with testing methodologies and tools. You are open to exploring new technologies and approaches to improve our backend systems and processes.
What you'll do
As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Release Validation team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our software releases are stable and bug-free.
