Who you are
You have proven experience as a senior-level Broadcast Systems Engineer or Broadcast Maintenance Engineer, showcasing your ability to lead maintenance and reliability initiatives with professionalism and attention to detail. Your proactive approach to problem-solving ensures that all systems run smoothly, and you are adept at coordinating complex maintenance projects.
You possess a strong understanding of broadcast infrastructure and workflows, allowing you to effectively support the operations that underpin world-class live experiences. Your experience includes working closely with production technology and studio operations teams, ensuring that all systems are optimized for performance and reliability.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead maintenance projects, including planned downtime for critical fixes and technology upgrades. You will develop comprehensive runbooks and documentation to establish best practices that minimize disruption while maximizing system reliability. Your responsibilities will include coordinating cross-functional teams to execute complex maintenance windows, ensuring that all systems are maintained to the highest standards.
