Who you are
You have a strong background in data governance and knowledge management, with experience in leading teams and implementing data quality initiatives. You understand the intersection of finance, data engineering, and AI enablement, and you are passionate about ensuring data is trusted and discoverable. You have a hands-on leadership style, focusing on execution and delivery rather than just policy. You are skilled in building foundations that allow analytics, automation, and AI to scale effectively within finance.
You possess excellent collaboration skills, working closely with finance product teams, engineering, and domain experts to ensure that data governance practices are integrated into the finance transformation process. You are adept at structuring knowledge in a way that makes it reusable and accessible, moving beyond traditional documentation methods. You are committed to responsible AI adoption and understand the importance of explainable and auditable data.
Desirable
Experience with AI and analytics initiatives is a plus, as is familiarity with finance operations and data management best practices. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and can influence stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a dedicated team focused on data governance and knowledge management within the finance organization. You will design and implement frameworks that ensure finance data is trusted, measurable, and consistently governed. You will work to structure finance knowledge, including rules, policies, KPIs, and controls, making it reusable and accessible to all stakeholders. You will be responsible for building the foundations that make intelligence explainable, auditable, and trusted, playing a critical role in the finance transformation journey. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that data governance practices are effectively integrated into finance operations, and you will monitor and measure the success of these initiatives.
