Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant industry experience in semiconductor design. Your attention to detail is unmatched, and you thrive on crafting sophisticated solutions to complex challenges. You understand the importance of collaboration and are eager to work with various teams to ensure the success of the design project.
Your expertise spans all aspects of DFT solutions, and you are well-versed in developing and implementing DFT architecture. You have experience working with design verification teams to verify DFT implementations and are skilled in generating structural test vectors while analyzing and improving coverage. You are comfortable addressing physical, power, and logical issues in collaboration with designers.
What you'll do
As a SoC DFT Engineer at Apple, you will play a critical role in the semiconductor design effort. You will be responsible for developing and implementing DFT infrastructure, ensuring that the technology you help create meets the high standards expected by millions of customers. You will collaborate closely with test engineers to bring up test vectors on silicon and will run schedules to support multi-functional engineering efforts.
Your role will involve generating structural test vectors and analyzing coverage to ensure the highest quality in the final product. You will work with various teams, including design verification, to verify DFT implementations and implement engineering change orders (ECOs). Your contributions will have a significant impact on getting functional products to market quickly, enabling Apple to continue delivering beloved devices to customers.
