You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically in DFT solutions. You possess a strong understanding of DFT architecture and infrastructure, and you are skilled in generating structural test vectors and analyzing coverage. Your experience with verification processes and collaboration with design teams makes you a valuable asset to any project.
You are detail-oriented and understand the critical impact of your work on the overall success of semiconductor designs. Your ability to work with cross-functional teams, including design verification and test engineers, allows you to effectively address issues related to physical, power, and logical aspects of designs. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to the development of innovative technologies.
What you'll do
As a SoC DFT Engineer at Apple, you will be responsible for developing and implementing DFT architecture for various design projects. You will collaborate closely with design verification teams to verify DFT implementations and implement engineering change orders (ECOs). Your role will involve generating structural test vectors and analyzing coverage to ensure that our designs meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
You will work alongside designers to address issues related to static timing analysis (STA), physical design, and power management. Your expertise will be crucial in bringing up test vectors on silicon and supporting multi-functional engineering efforts. You will also be involved in running schedules and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.
