What you'll do
As a SoC DFT Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing DFT architecture for design projects. You will work closely with the design verification team to verify DFT implementations and implement engineering change orders (ECOs). Your role will also involve generating structural test vectors and analyzing coverage to improve testing efficiency. You will collaborate with designers on various issues related to static timing analysis, physical design, power, and logical aspects of the semiconductor design process. Additionally, you will support test engineers in bringing up test vectors on silicon and manage schedules for multi-functional engineering efforts.
