You have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience in semiconductor design. Your attention to detail is exceptional, and you thrive on solving complex challenges in a collaborative environment. You understand the importance of DFT solutions and have a comprehensive grasp of the entire DFT process, from architecture development to implementation.

Your experience includes working closely with design verification teams to verify DFT implementations and generate structural test vectors. You are adept at analyzing coverage and improving DFT infrastructure, ensuring that all aspects of semiconductor design are addressed. You have a strong background in collaborating with designers on static timing analysis, physical design, and logical issues, which allows you to contribute effectively to multi-functional engineering efforts.

What you'll do

As a SoC DFT Engineer at Apple, you will be responsible for developing and implementing DFT architecture for our next-generation processors. You will work with the design verification team to verify DFT implementations and implement engineering change orders (ECOs) as needed. Your role will involve generating structural test vectors and analyzing coverage to ensure that our designs meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

You will collaborate with designers to address static timing analysis, physical design, and power issues, ensuring that all aspects of the design are optimized for performance. Additionally, you will work closely with test engineers to bring up test vectors on silicon, playing a critical role in the semiconductor design effort. Your contributions will have a significant impact on getting functional products to millions of customers quickly, making your work essential to Apple's success.
