Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant industry experience in semiconductor design. Your attention to detail is exceptional, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can contribute to complex design projects. You understand the importance of DFT solutions and are passionate about ensuring high-quality products reach millions of customers.
Your experience spans all aspects of semiconductor design, and you have a strong background in developing and implementing DFT architecture. You are comfortable working with various teams, including design verification, to ensure that DFT implementations meet the highest standards. You have a keen analytical mind, allowing you to generate structural test vectors and improve coverage effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be at the center of a semiconductor design effort, collaborating with multiple subject areas to ensure the successful implementation of DFT solutions. You will develop and implement DFT infrastructure, working closely with the design verification team to verify DFT implementations and implement engineering change orders (ECOs). Your responsibilities will include generating structural test vectors and analyzing coverage to identify areas for improvement.
You will also collaborate with designers on static timing analysis, physical design, power, and logical issues, ensuring that all aspects of the design are optimized for performance and efficiency. Additionally, you will work with test engineers to bring up test vectors on silicon, supporting multi-functional engineering efforts and running schedules to meet project deadlines.
