Your experience includes developing and implementing DFT architecture, and you are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to verify DFT implementations. Your ability to work with designers on STA, physical, power, and logical issues is a key asset. You are also familiar with collaborating with test engineers to bring up test vectors on silicon, ensuring that all aspects of the design project are covered.

What you'll do

As a DFT Engineer at Apple, you will be responsible for the complete DFT solution for design projects. This includes developing and implementing DFT architecture tailored to specific project needs. You will work closely with the DV team to verify DFT implementations and implement ECOs, ensuring that all designs meet the required standards.

Your role will involve generating structural test vectors and analyzing coverage to identify areas for improvement. You will collaborate with designers to address STA, physical, power, and logical issues, ensuring that the design is robust and efficient. Additionally, you will partner with test engineers to bring up test vectors on silicon, playing a crucial role in the testing phase of the design process.
