You have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 20 years of relevant industry experience, showcasing your deep understanding of digital architecture and design. Your expertise in leading chip architecture and digital design, particularly in touch or communications, sets you apart in this role. You possess a strong electrical engineering background in embedded product development, enabling you to tackle complex challenges effectively.

Your experience in developing and launching high-volume IC designs demonstrates your capability to bring innovative solutions to market. You thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-functionally to ensure that designs meet user requirements and integrate seamlessly with overall product goals.

What you'll do

As a Digital Architect at Apple, you will be responsible for architecting Touch sensing systems and the ASICs required to realize them. You will analyze applications and create cost and power-optimized digital designs for touch and other sensing ASICs, which may include multiple processors and DSP cores. Your role will involve high-level modeling of proposed solutions and creating detailed specifications to meet user requirements.

You will collaborate with various teams to identify critical aspects of how your designs will interact with Apple’s products, ensuring a cohesive user experience. Your contributions will directly impact the development of cutting-edge Touch solutions that are central to Apple’s product lineup, including the iPhone, iPad, and MacBooks.
