Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in computer architecture and GPU architecture, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in GPU or CPU performance analysis. Your programming skills in C, C++, and Python allow you to develop efficient solutions to complex challenges. You are familiar with OpenGL and Metal API, enabling you to work effectively on performance tuning and debugging tasks. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills, which help you identify hardware and software problems effectively.
What you'll do
As a GPU Performance Analysis Engineer, you will be responsible for developing performance test plans to validate GPU performance. You will analyze performance issues to identify both hardware and software problems, proposing novel hardware solutions to enhance GPU performance. Your role will also involve developing tools that aid in the efficient measurement, communication, and improvement of GPU performance. You will validate the functionality and quantify the performance benefits of features and algorithms implemented in hardware and software, ensuring that Apple products can handle tasks seamlessly and efficiently.
