Who you are

You have over 8 years of experience in hardware engineering, demonstrating a strong technical background and collaborative spirit. You thrive in environments where you can lead product readiness and technical validation, ensuring that hardware designs meet high standards of performance, reliability, and quality. Your expertise spans across electrical and mechanical engineering, allowing you to effectively communicate and collaborate with various teams.

You are skilled in driving issue resolution and implementing validation plans, ensuring that vendor-built systems integrate seamlessly into product portfolios. Your ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines, including firmware and manufacturing, sets you apart as a leader in hardware development. You understand the importance of accuracy and performance in product development and are dedicated to achieving engineering excellence.

Desirable

Experience with server and storage platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with ODM/OEM partnerships. You are comfortable navigating complex technical discussions and can effectively translate innovative ideas into tangible products. Your passion for technology and commitment to collaboration make you an ideal fit for Apple's dynamic environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the primary technical interface between internal engineering teams and ODM/OEM partners. You will lead efforts to ensure that hardware designs meet performance, reliability, and quality requirements from concept through mass production. Your responsibilities will include driving issue resolution, implementing validation plans, and enabling detailed integration of vendor-built systems into Apple's product portfolio.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, procurement, manufacturing, and operations. Your role will involve transforming innovative ideas into tangible realities, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills.
