Job Description
Who you are
You have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering and bring over 5 years of professional experience in designing, developing, debugging, and validating electro-mechanical systems. Your expertise includes a proven understanding of consumer electronics modules such as transducers and sensors, and you are well-versed in test principles and automation. You possess strong programming skills in C/C++ and Objective-C, along with scripting knowledge in Python and Lua, which you have applied in your previous roles. Your background includes experience in high-volume consumer electronics manufacturing and a solid understanding of control systems and signal processing.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy calibration and test instrumentation systems that will impact Apple's best-in-class products. You will work closely with multi-functional groups throughout the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase to ensure the success of current and future Apple products. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with design, mechanical, electrical, and software teams to create innovative solutions that meet product integrity standards. You will also be involved in debugging and validating systems to ensure they meet the high standards expected at Apple.
