What you'll do

In this role, you will lead engagements with various business units to build and leverage Apple's worldwide patent portfolio. You will be responsible for identifying patentable inventions and securing high-quality patent assets that align with Apple's strategic objectives. Your role will involve providing guidance in support of patent transactions and licensing matters, as well as managing work performed by outside law firms.

You will also handle patent challenges and litigation efforts, ensuring that Apple's intellectual property is protected against infringement. Collaborating closely with engineering and other business organizations, you will work to understand their priorities and challenges, providing legal support that enables the development of world-class products and services.
