Who you are

You have over 5 years of industry experience in product development, particularly in areas such as enclosures, castings, and injection molding. Your background includes working with tooling, jigs, fixtures, and high-volume quality processes, which equips you to manage complex manufacturing challenges effectively.

Your expertise in mechanical engineering principles allows you to collaborate seamlessly with design teams, ensuring that innovative concepts are translated into manufacturable products. You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of quality control methodologies that drive product excellence.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your strong communication skills enable you to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring that production schedules are met without compromising quality.

You are passionate about creating products that not only meet but exceed customer expectations. Your commitment to continuous improvement drives you to seek out new technologies and methodologies that enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Desirable

What you'll do
