You have 5+ years of industry experience in New Product Introduction, Design Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, or Quality. Your educational background includes a BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials Engineering, which has equipped you with the technical knowledge necessary for this role. You are adept at collaborating with multi-functional teams and have a strong understanding of product lifecycle management. Your experience has honed your ability to navigate complex technical challenges and drive operational success.

What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Operations technical team during the next generation productβs development and high volume production. You will act as a technical advisor for the product line, collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure operational success from development through to mass production. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the integration of design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for excellence (DFx) principles into the product development process. You will also work with quality engineering (SQE, PQE) to establish testing protocols that guarantee product quality.
You will be involved in all phases of product development, from initial concept through to launch, ensuring that the product meets both customer expectations and regulatory requirements. Your role will require you to travel up to 30% to coordinate with teams across different locations and ensure alignment on project goals. You will be instrumental in driving cross-functional collaboration, facilitating communication between engineering, operations, and quality teams to achieve product excellence.
