Who you are
You are a dedicated Clinical Implementation Specialist with a strong desire to build innovative patient-centered experiences. With a background in clinical practice, you have a deep understanding of designing and implementing clinical care models. You thrive in collaborative environments, effectively executing detailed deliverables on time while engaging in open discussions and debates. You are not afraid of challenges and are committed to advocating for functional yet delightful designs for both providers and patients.
You possess an MD or DO and have at least 3 years of experience in clinical practice, along with 2 years in care model design or implementation. Your experience spans multiple health systems, giving you a comprehensive view of outpatient care across various practice settings. You are board certified in internal medicine, emergency medicine, or family medicine, which enhances your credibility in the field.
Desirable
You have experience with outpatient care across multiple health systems, which allows you to bring diverse insights into the design and implementation of clinical care models. Your ability to think outside the box and your dedication to building excellent experiences for users and patients set you apart in this role.
What you'll do
