What you'll do
As a Merchandising Field Leader, you will play a critical role in supporting Apple Retail's key priorities. You will partner with various leaders to ensure the effective execution of merchandising programs, new store openings, and remodels. Your responsibilities will include providing direction and support to retail teams, ensuring that merchandising initiatives align with Apple's brand standards and customer expectations. You will also analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience.
You will work closely with the Retail Operations team to develop tools and programs that empower retail teams to deliver exceptional service. Your role will involve regular communication with store leaders to ensure alignment on merchandising strategies and execution. You will also participate in training and development initiatives to enhance the skills of retail staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide a one-of-a-kind Apple experience.
