You have a strong background in digital verification, particularly in pre-silicon environments, with experience in verifying complex digital IPs. You are proficient in System Verilog and UVM, and you understand how to create effective verification plans that cover functional, performance, and stress cases. Your experience includes building verification testbenches and using formal verification techniques to ensure high-quality designs.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product teams, system architects, and digital designers to refine microarchitecture specifications. You have a keen eye for detail and are committed to delivering bug-free designs on the first tapeout. Desirable

Experience with digital mixed signal verification and analog mixed signal simulation is a plus. Familiarity with state-of-the-art verification tools will enhance your contributions to the team. What you'll do

As a Pre-Silicon Digital Verification Engineer at Apple, you will be responsible for verifying complex digital IPs within the PMU ASIC team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine microarchitecture specifications, ensuring that all aspects of the design are thoroughly tested. Your role will involve creating comprehensive verification plans that address functional, performance, and error conditions, utilizing your expertise in System Verilog and UVM.

You will own the creation of verification testbenches and build test cases using System Verilog Assertions and constrained random UVM test cases to achieve complete functional and code coverage. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of silicon delivered to Apple's hardware development teams, and you will have the opportunity to learn and apply various verification techniques, including formal verification.

You will participate in code reviews, offering insights and proposals to enhance the efficiency of the verification process. Your work will be crucial in maintaining Apple's outstanding track record of delivering high-quality designs. You will also have the chance to explore and implement new verification methodologies that align with the team's flexible approach to problem-solving.
