Apple is hiring a Systems Engineer for their Enterprise Sales team to facilitate business and revenue goals through pre-sales services. You'll enable Apple partners to sell and deploy solutions for Apple in Business and Education. This role requires experience in a consultative pre-sales engineering role.
Job Description
Who you are
You have been involved in or have delivered technical transformation projects for business or education β your experience in managing Apple platforms or other Desktop environments has equipped you with the skills necessary for this role. You bring a number of years of experience in a consultative pre-sales engineering role, allowing you to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Your background includes guiding and mentoring technical pre-sales executives, which has honed your ability to lead discussions and presentations that resonate with clients. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with partners and are adept at navigating complex sales environments.
What you'll do
In this role, you will facilitate business and revenue goals by providing high-level pre-sales services β this includes enabling Apple partners to sell and deploy solutions for Apple in Business and Education. You will engage in pre-sales activities for existing and new customers, which can include technical product presentations, the creation and demonstration of prototypes or solutions, and technical account management.
You will also be responsible for channel readiness initiatives, guiding and mentoring Appleβs channel partners, including Enterprise Resellers, Carriers, and System Integrators. Your role will require you to collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure that technical solutions align with customer needs and business objectives.
